The DXD-50F automatic packing machine adapts to the packing of following products or similar products such as: Milk powder, bean powder, seasonings, curry powder, coffee powder, wettable pesticide powder etc.
Functions:
The machine could automatically complete all tasks of measuring, bag making, filling, sealing, printing batch No., cutting-off and counting etc.; the machine could also complete the packing of powder materials automatically.

An imported PLC intelligence is adopted to control statuses of all functions of the machine, including: Setting bag lengths, stopping after certain bags, accumulating manufacture quantity, displaying manufacture quantity, setting overall production stop, optic/electric switch ON/OFF etc., it is a kind of new automatic packing machine with a relatively high intelligence.
2. Intelligent temperature control instrument, controlling the temperature of horizontal and vertical sealed-up body via double circuits.
3. Intelligent electro-optical orientation, able to shift between light-on and dark-on, strong anti-intervention ability, stopping and altering after tree-bag cursor abnormal operation.
4. Stepless adjusting packing speed within rated range without stopping the machine to adjust.
5. High precise in bag-making, easy to operate and maintain.
6. Adopting precise screw pole measuring mode, accurate in measuring packed materials with uniform density, complying with related national measuring standards.
